The Complement^* to treat the RMA-10 and RMB-30 Fuel oil for marine engines.

 

CONCENTRATED ADDITIVE / COMPLEMENT OF MULTIPLE ACTIONS

Molecular liquid Magnesium that Neutralizes corrosion at the exhaust valves and turbo-compressors (Technical document RB-8) and Optimizes the fuel’s injection system performance.

Carbon and asphaltene dispersant that reduces sludge (Bulletin 3) by 55% and keeps filters clean.

Surfactant, which achieves better fuel atomization at the injectors.

Deemulsifier, decants water (Bulletin 15) that the fuel contains.

Bactericide and fungicide, they remove algae and fungi (Bulletin 15)

Stabilizer that slows fuel degradation.

Detergent, cleans pumps and injectors, improves combustion.

Corrosion inhibitors that protect the fuel tank and circuit from corrosion.

Reduces maintenance costs and extends the life of exhaust valves (Technical Document RB-13)

Reduces polluting emissions (Bulletin 29) by 80%.

Fuel savings (Bulletin 4) in an average of 3.1% verified in power generation plants (Customer references) with diesel engines.

b) URV-AMIC report on the size of the molecules of the “rb bertomeu” beco Mg Concentrated (Technical document RB-31)

c) NANOMOL report on the absence of Magnesium particles (only molecules) (Technical Document RB-33)

d) Dispersants, surfactants, demulsifiers, bactericide, fungicides, stabilizers, detergents, corrosion inhibitors.

e) Organic solvents with a flash point > 65 ºC (C.C.).

f) Density: 0.900 Kg / L

Marine Fuel Oil RMA-10: 0.111 Kg / Tm of fuel - Ratio additive:fuel 1: 9000

1 Jerrican with 22.5 Kg of complement beco DC-Ship Concentrated can treat up to 202 MT of RMA-10

 

Marine Fuel Oil RMB-30: 0.150 Kg / Tm of fuel - Ratio additive: fuel 1: 6666

1 Jerrican with 22.5 Kg of complement beco DC-Ship Concentrated can treat up to 150 MT of RMB-30
