It is manufactured , in correct proportions , based on
the following active agents:
a) De-emulsioners,
which accelerate the speed of separation of the water to the bottom of the
storage tank, or the diesel oil tank of the vehicle , where it can be
eliminated easily by bleeding the tank , or in the filter of the vehicle .
b) Surfactants, which reduce the surface tension of the fuel and
achieve better pulverisation ( a key factor to achieve good
combustion in any type of engine that
work with liquid fuel).
c) Detergents, which reduce the formation of carbonous deposits
and flow loss in the injectors, and maintains an excellent pulverisation.
d) Corrosion inhibitors, which protect the metal parts of the fuel
circuits.
e) Solution of organic Magnesium , which reduces the corrosion produced by the
combustion exhaust gases, due to the impurities which the diesel oil
contains( mainly sulphur ) and the corrosive compounds which they generate.
f) Organic solvents , which work as an excipient to these active
agents, in addition to collaborate actively in keeping the fuel
circuits clean.
ADDITION POINT:
The addition must be done in the storage
tank or in the fuel tank of the vehicle , before filling the fuel tank or
simultaneously to it , to achieve a good homogenisation of the additive –
diesel oil mixture.
